Two women have been indecently assaulted in separate incidences in Sydney's south west.
A 43-year-old woman was travelling on a train between Liverpool and Casula just before 9pm (AEST) on Friday when she was confronted by a man who performed a lewd act in front of her, police said.
The man punched the woman in the face after she pushed him away.
He then fled the scene, police said.
The offender is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 170cm tall with a medium build and short brown hair.
He was wearing a white hooded jumper with blue Puma logo on the front, blue tracksuit pants and white joggers.
Meanwhile, a 16-year-old girl was indecently assaulted in Gandangara Park at Casula while on her way to work just after 3.30pm on Friday.
She was approached from behind by a man who threatened her and placed his hand inside her top, police said.
When the girl screamed for help the man fled the scene.
The offender is described as being 35- to 40-years-old, of Indian Sub-Continental appearance, 170 to 180cm tall with a thin build and short spiky black hair.
He was wearing a brown suede coat, blue jeans and thongs at the time of the incident.
